Fresenius

Today, our main focus is the sale of dialysis equipment and medications, providing hospitals with everything they need to perform dialysis procedures.

In addition to high-quality products, we provide technical support, including maintenance services for dialysis machines to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our customers’ equipment.

Since the second half of 2025, we have been the official representative of Fresenius Medical Care in Estonia.

Sterigerms

Sterigerms manufactures equipment capable of processing various types of medical waste, such as syringes, scalpels, gloves, masks, catheters, tubes, dialysis membranes, and other disposable medical devices.

Sterigerms’ technology is used in various types of facilities, such as hospital clinics, military and civilian ships, dental clinics, and nursing homes.

Tauropharm

We import Tauropharm central venous lock solutions. Central venous catheters help patients in many different contexts, from dialysis and cancer treatment to parenteral nutrition. While these devices can save lives, there is also a risk of life-threatening infections.

Tauropharm locking solutions prevent catheter-related complications by combining several effects: antimicrobial, anti-occlusive and prevention of biofilm formation. The locking solutions for central venous catheters manufactured by Tauropharm are safe and effective.

Probiotic CDS22 formula

Since spring 2025, Medpharma has been the official importer and distributor of the probiotic CDS22 formula in the Baltics. The CDS22 formula (De Simone’s composition) is the only probiotic preparation recommended and recognised by the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) guidelines for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders (Olleik et al., Gastroenterology, vol. 164, no. 6, 2023). In addition, the European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation (ECCO) has included the CDS22 formula probiotic in its guidelines for the treatment of intestinal diseases (ECCO, ECCO News, 2023).

The formula developed by Professor DeSimone has been involved in more than 80 clinical studies, and over 200 scientific articles have been published about it, which is more than can be said for most probiotics on the market. The CDS22 formula probiotic is highly effective in treating various gastrointestinal disorders and is well tolerated even during long-term use.
